Dear Reader,

At last the long awaited training course has begun. I am here in Arcos with twenty three participants coming from seven countries. I must say that that this is going to be great and I am sure we are going to learn a lot about youth work and every culture.

The objective of the training course is to foster cooperation between youth. This training course is going to be managed by Endre and Mara from Hungary. For such an event to be successful and to reap all the benefits, the participants acknowledge the different cultures that everyone harbors and must also be ready to be open minded.

I feel that such training will leave a strong influence on participants and on the local community. I strongly believe that today’s youth are the leaders of tomorrow and this training course gives every participant the possibility to share their experience and their success story.

It is of no wonder that this training course is called the 3C because in this course Cooperation between people, Cultural learning and  Communication are certainly most evident.
